There's no automated email on this system, so reset codes are issued by a person. Ask the event organizer for one — they can create it from their console while you're on the phone. It lasts an hour and works once.
If you run an event and can't get in, the reset has to come from the platform team — an organizer can issue codes for their participants, but not for another organizer.
